Given that Cesar Palace is located in PortaPia it has bus stop at 50 meters less than 1 minute walking distance. We have buses for Termini, Vatican, Colosseum, Piazza Venezia and all major attractions.

Through private garages nearby, yes. Or available for 4 euros in our neighborhood, you have to look for it. But given that we are in a safe area we always suggest it.
